Drawing of a scheme to cast a bronze horse underground. (proposed by Leonardo da Vinci in 1482) 720x600mm . The equestrian monument was commissioned by Gian Giacomo Trivulzio, but was abandoned when Milan was invaded by Spanish and Venetian forces. The casting required 79 tons of molten bronze, this was used to make cannon to defend Milan. Tuscan landscape painted in alkyd glazes, underground drawing in indian ink, collage elements and instantex. Completed 2022.
